Q: How large of an area do you cover?
A: Generally I service the Greater Grand Rapids, MI and Lakesore communities. This generally encompasses a triangle from Muskegon to Holland to Grand Rapids. I also do some remote support for established customers, and this can be in virtually any location.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Generally I like to work with good old American cash. However, I will take checks, provided you have not given me a bad check in the past, and I will charge a $35 fee to attempt to collect on a bad check. I can also accept credit card payments via paypal, however I do charge an additional 3% fee to cover the cost of the transaction.
Q: What operating systems do you support?
A: I support all of the newer versions of Microsoft Windows. This would include Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. I can provide limited support for Windows 98, 98 SE, and ME, however this support is very limited as Microsft has stopped supporting and releasing patched for these operating systems, and software manufactures have stopped making software for these operating systems.
In many instances, your computer is well enough to be on the internet, but not running in great shape. This is where remote support can help. With a small download (less the 1MB), I can remotely administer your machine. This allows me to operate your computer from wherever I am. No unplugging your computer to bring it in, or waiting for a technician to come to your house. Those method of support can also save you some money.
